Members of Open Figure Drawing, Inc., along with other community members and the Syracuse University student body, participates in a one-of-a-kind figure drawing session at the SUArt Gallery. Drawing sessions were on September 22 and 29, and October 6, 2008. The gallery was closed to the public to allow for a private session where a talented model posed mimicking the figures in the sketches by the Renaissance master himself. Drawing enthusiasts were given time to work from the masterpiece drawings in the gallery, as well as the nude model.


Thanks go to SU's Elaine Quick and Domenic Iacona for their incredible work bringing this show to Syracuse. We have been invited to return for the next show that involves figures or drawing. We hope to see you at the next event!
